Biography
Meet Robert Kimball — car accidents lawyer in the U.S.
Robert Kimball is an associate based in Toronto, ON. The practice focuses on Car Accidents, Personal Injury, and Slip & Fall. Robert has over 18 years of legal experience. Currently practicing at Preszler Injury Lawyers.
Robert J. Kimball, originally from Nova Scotia, is an experienced insurance litigation attorney. Prior to joining Preszler Injury Lawyers, he worked as an insurance defence lawyer and spent time with a large insurance company representing them in the denial of claims brought by their insured and those injured in motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, trip and falls, long-term disability and construction claims.
After several years of working for the insurance companies and observing how the denial of legitimate claims for injury and losses negatively affected those making the claims, he concluded he could no longer continue to work as an insurance defence lawyer.
At Preszler Injury Lawyers, Robert has represented claimants in their fight to recover damages from at-fault parties. Robert believes in dedicated and high-impact representation for all accident victims and manages his practice so that he can achieve the best results and highest settlements for his clients.
Robert assists clients in securing the peace of mind that they desperately need throughout their claim.
Robert enjoys spending time outdoors and being active. He has coached youth soccer, holds levels I and II Canadian Soccer Association coaching certificates and a Level I CrossFit coaching certificate. He is currently involved with the Canadian Diabetes Association and the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation.
