Regents of University of California: The Duty to Warn: Common Law & Statutory Problems for California Psychotherapists” (California Western Law Review, Vol. 14, No. 1, 1978) and co-authored with Professor Martin Weinstein, Esq., John Jay College an article entitled, “Corroboration in Rape Law Repealed-A Giant Step Forward for Equal Rights for Women”(Queens County Bar Journal, October, 1974). In addition, Mr. Cohen was also an Adjunct Professor at Adelphi University’s Lawyer’s Assistant Program in which he taught courses in legal research and writing and matrimonial law from 1980 to 1984.

Mr. Cohen graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science. He then earned his Juris Doctorate at California Western School of Law, where he was a Notes and Comment Editor for the California Western Law Review.
