Biography
Meet Robert Preszler — car accidents lawyer in the U.S.
Robert Preszler is a retired based in Toronto, ON. The practice focuses on Car Accidents, Personal Injury, and Slip & Fall. Robert has over 67 years of legal experience. Currently practicing at Preszler Injury Lawyers.
Robert is the senior partner at Preszler Injury Lawyers. He graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 1956 and from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1959. Born in Tilsonburg, Ontario, he was the son of a tobacco farmer who learned his work ethic by working in tobacco fields. Although he wanted to continue to work in agriculture, his father insisted that he follow in the footsteps of many of his other family members who were lawyers – many who represented “the little guy”. After graduating from law school, instead of representing large corporations and insurance companies, Robert chose to represent regular people who desperately needed access to justice.
Over the last 55 years, Robert has represented thousands of victims of serious personal injury. He has built one of the largest personal injury law firms in Ontario and has helped recover well over $200,000,000.00 in damages for victims and their families.
Recommended by many peers and former clients, Robert continues to litigate personal injury claims and has been a great mentor to many lawyers. He is known for his professionalism, his work ethic and most importantly, his honesty.
