He then joined Shook Hardy & Bacon, defending multinational companies in product-liability and malpractice suits, learning firsthand how insurers value claims. For nine years as a partner at a plaintiff’s firm, he honed his investigative skills, uncovering crucial medical evidence before starting his own practice in 2005. Specializing in medical malpractice, nursing-home neglect, motor-vehicle accidents, and mass-tort litigation, he attributes his trial success to rapid, thorough investigations and deep client relationships.
