Battin, Chief U.S. District Judge, District of Montana, 1985-1987. He also served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Robert M. Holter, U.S. Magistrate Judge, District of Montana, 1988-1989. He joined the firm in the Fall of 1989. Roger regularly provides advice and representation to individuals, employers, businesses, law enforcement agencies, and local governments throughout Montana. Away from work, Roger enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, and sporting activities.
