Mr. Wagner concentrates his practice on medical malpractice defense litigation and product liability litigation. His experience includes serving as the national lead attorney for Owens Corning in nationwide asbestos litigation.

Mr. Wagner is licensed to practice law in Michigan, and admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts of Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. From 1985 to 1998, he also served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at The Detroit College of Law what is now Michigan State University College of Law.
