He has been involved in many of the high profile cases handles by the firm that have resulted in over 100 million dollars in awards and settlements for the firm. Mr. Rynecki was instrumental in securing a 3.7 million dollar settlement for the family of a Queens Taxi Cab driver who was killed in an automobile accident. He worked feverishly to obtain a one million dollar settlement for a young boy struck by a car suffering severe leg injuries. Mr. Rynecki also secured a settlement in the sum of $4 million dollars for an eleven year old boy injured in a motor vehicle accident that took place in Virginia. He has also obtained settlements of $2.5 million for a young boy injured by a drunk driver in a car accident, $2.5 million for a man involved in a severe car accident on his way home from work, $1.9 million for a Florida dentist and hi wife injured in a Pedi cab. $3 million was awarded to the family of a man killed when shot by a New York Police Officer. Mr. Rynecki has worked on numerous cases against the City of New York and the New York City Police Department involving incidents of police brutality and violations of the civil rights of individuals. Mr. Rynecki played an instrumental role in the $8.75 million dollar settlement in the case of a man sodomized by a police officer in a New York City Police Precinct bathroom. Mr. Rynecki has handled all types of matters both big and small including automobile accident cases, premises cases, assault cases, matters involving a violation of ones Civil Rights and other types of personal injury matters. Mr. Rynecki is known as a thorough litigator having been involved in many cases against corporate giants such as Home Depot, General Motors and others. Referred to the late Johnnie Cochran Esq. as one of the rising stars of the legal profession, Mr. Rynecki is known as a tenacious negotiator and is well respected by both fellow members of the Bar and the judges who he has appeared in front of. Mr. Rynecki is known to be very well prepared and well versed in the applicable laws in the cases that he handles. Mr. Rynecki was honored with the Lawyer of Distinction Award.
