He served as a law clerk to United States District Court Judge Santiago Campos and was a United States Magistrate Judge (part-time) in Northwest New Mexico in 1993 and 1994. He is licensed and regularly practices in both Northwest New Mexico and Southwest Colorado. He is experienced in all phases of insurance defense and coverage litigation and routinely handles real estate, construction law, employment law, commercial transactions and litigation matters. His clients include San Juan College, Domino's Pizza, LLC, Key Energy Services, LLC, The Travelers Insurance Oil and Gas Group, and numerous oil and gas servicing companies.
