As a partner at Epstein Cole, Stephen’s practice focuses on all areas of family law including custody, mobility, financial, and commercial matters. Stephen has extensive experience representing clients in mediations and arbitrations and has been appointed as a Dispute Resolution Officer for the Superior Court of Justice in Toronto. As a member of the Office of the Children’s Lawyer panel since 1998, Stephen represents children in high-conflict court cases and consults on complex family law issues to protect the rights of children by giving them a strong voice, where necessary.
