He received his law degree from The University of Tennessee College of Law in 2009, graduating with high honors. In law school, Taylor’s case commentary was published in school’s business law journal.
Since joining the firm, Taylor has over ten years of complex litigation practice, focusing on commercial disputes and defense of products liability actions in jurisdictions across the county. He also has significant experience in commercial arbitrations and has represented numerous clients in intellectual property matters, including suits for patent and trademark infringement, violations of non-compete agreements, and misappropriation of trade secrets.
Taylor was selected as a Rising Star in the Mid-South by Super Lawyers in 2018 and 2019, and was selected in 2020 by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America the area of Products Liability Litigation – Defendants.
He is a 2015 graduate of IADC Trial Academy, as well as a 2015 graduate of the Tennessee Bar Association’s Leadership Law Class. He also received recognition in 2011 for his pro bono contributions to Legal Aid of East Tennessee.
