As senior counsel at the Blaska Holm law firm in Atlanta, Georgia, Tom’s decades of experience has helped him effectively negotiate and litigate cases on behalf of his clients.

In his early career, Tom helped capture the first multi-million-dollar verdict in Georgia – see Smith v. Se. Stages, Inc., 479 F. Supp. 593 (N.D. Ga. 1977). Since then, he has obtained numerous multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients.
