Tom is a 2008 cum laude graduate from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. While in law school, Tom interned with the University of Richmond’s Children’s Disability Law Clinic, the Henrico County Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court, and with the Southwest Virginia Legal Aid Society in Christiansburg, Virginia. Tom received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Virginia Tech in 2005.
Prior to entering private practice, Tom served as a law clerk for the 23rd Judicial Circuit of Virginia, working with the Circuit Court judges in Roanoke City, Roanoke County, and the City of Salem.
