Tim also advises employers and senior-level employees in M&A transactions in equity and incentive compensation including stock options, restricted stock and “phantom equity," deferred compensation plans, and executive employment and severance agreements. Tim’s clients have included those in the financial, private equity, real estate, construction, clean energy, medical, fashion, talent acquisition, and legal industries.
