I have been a trial lawyer my entire career and the senior partner in Cogdill Nichols Rein Wartelle Andrews. While the firm provides a wide range of services and expertise, including estate planning, family law, boundary line matters and criminal law, my experience is unique, specific, and well honed. This experience includes many jury trials, complex commercial litigation, complex dissolution matters, lengthy medical malpractice trials and resolution, as well as the every day automobile collision injury case. I started practicing as a general practitioner and have handled a capital murder case and other criminal jury trials, as well as numerous labor related issues, both Union side and employer side. Over the past several years, I have concentrated on litigation involving personal injuries, medical related issues, as well as complex commercial and labor litigation. I enjoy in my time out of the office spending time with my family, fishing and traveling.
