Mr. Barwick has tried approximately 40 jury trials in state and federal courts as either first-chair or sole counsel. He has defended insurance companies in complex multi-party fraud and RICO litigation, as well as bank trust departments in fiduciary and malpractice claims. In addition, he has served as lead counsel in approximately 35 appellate cases in the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the United States Court of Appeals for both the 5th and 11th Circuits.
