Dick is a member of the same SMU law school class as Jerry Hiersche and Bill Hayward, and has been with HHDU since 2003. He received his J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 1974, where he was selected for the Phi Alpha Phi honor society and served as Editor for the Journal of Air Law and Commerce. He previously earned his B.A., magna cum laude, in political science from the University of Houston and was a member of the Honors Program.
