Over the past several years, he has successfully represented plaintiffs who were severely injured or killed in cases against product manufacturers, medical device manufacturers, trucking companies and large industrial or construction companies. Many of these cases involved explosions or other complicated mechanism of injury, including the catastrophic failure of equipment. Mr. Hunter also regularly defends physicians in Savannah and across south Georgia who are sued for medical malpractice. In addition to cases involving injuries, Mr. Hunter does trial work related to serious business disputes, including business litigation claims related to the misappropriation of trade secrets and breach of fiduciary duties. Born in Arkansas, Mr. Hunter came to Savannah in 2003 and has been with Oliver Maner since that time. Mr. Hunter is a member of the Georgia State Bar, where he was recently appointed to the Bench and Bar Committee, and a member of the Savannah Bar Association. In addition, he is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, an organization whose mission is to preserve the right to trial by jury.
