Before attending law school, Mr. Lightfoot received a bachelor’s degree from East Carolina University where he graduated magna cum laude and received honors in political science.

After graduation from law school, Mr. Lightfoot was an associate with the D.C. firm. In June of 2019, he joined the law firm of May Lightfoot PLLC where he represented plaintiffs/claimants in personal injury cases on a contingent fee basis and workers’ compensation cases pursuant to fees as approved by the court. Mr. Lightfoot now practices in his own firm by the name Lightfoot Law PLLC.
