Provided on- going asset securitization representation regarding the credit facility; Conducted residential and commercial foreclosure sales and work-outs between lenders and debtors; Represented regional developer in the drafting and negotiation of development agreements and restrictive covenants for national tenant anchored shopping centers; Provided legal representation to both buyers and sellers in residential transactions; Participated in representation of a municipality in forming a center city revenue finance corporation, center city commission and other related entities; Served with senior partner as letter of credit counsel to various banks in both tax exempt and taxable bond financings; Participated in the representation of a publicly traded company in its issuance (through an industrial development board) of tax exempt solid waste disposal revenue bonds; Advised clients on appropriate entity structuring for complicated real estate and financial transactions.
