Alan E. Krinzman is the partner in charge of Assouline & Berlowe, P.A.’s Real Estate practice and also a member of the Corporate & Finance, and Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Groups. During his 35 years of real estate-related law practice, Mr. Krinzman has assisted clients plan and negotiate construction budgets and other complex project documents; interact with architects and contractors; and navigate the intricacies of governmental approval and permitting processes.
