Brad Weiss is a partner with Benson, Mucci & Weiss after joining the firm in 2004. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Brad obtained a bachelor's degree in business from Michigan State University in 1997, and his Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University in 2001. As a clerk at a small Detroit area law firm practicing primarily in construction law, his knowledge in this niche area began growing prior to his ability to practice.
