Most notably, Brett successfully argued a motion to suppress physical evidence – several pounds of marijuana – a decision that was upheld by the United States Supreme Court!

A South Florida native, Brett obtained his undergraduate degree at the University of Florida and received his Juris Doctor from University of Miami School of Law, graduating Cum Laude. Admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern District of Florida, Brett is an active member of the Florida Bar, the Palm Beach County Justice Association, and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

When not fighting for a client’s rights, Brett’s favorite activity is spending time with his family, especially playing around with his two sons, Blake and Dylan.
