Christopher Ramirez (Chris) was born in Miami, Florida. He joined the firm after graduating with his Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law in 2022. Chris received a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies in 2017 from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL. From the start of his academic journey, Chris had an interest in being a litigator and participated in mock trial competitions as far back as high school. Prior to starting law school, Chris worked for the Guardian Ad Litem (G.A.L.) program and served as a volunteer G.A.L. in the Eleventh Circuit of Florida.
In law school he continued his mock trial career, winning his first competition at the 2020 Constance Baker Motley Regional Mock Trial Competition in Charleston, South Carolina. Chris was then selected to compete for Florida State University’s Trial Team. Later that same year, Chris was awarded Best Advocate at the 2020 Buffalo Niagara Invitation Mock Trial Tournament, hosted by the University of Buffalo School of Law in Buffalo, New York. Since graduating, he has volunteered his time as a mock trial coach and mentor for the FSU College of Law’s Black Law Student’s Association Trial Team. Member of the Young Lawyers Division and the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Florida Bar.
