Mr. Bevillard earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida International University and received his Juris Doctor degree from the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. In law school, Mr. Bevillard was selected for a civil litigation externship with a Tier 1 boutique law firm in West Palm Beach, specializing in construction, land use and real estate.

Mr. Bevillard, a resident of Southwest Florida since 1980, began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney for the 20th Judicial Circuit in Lee County, Florida. While there, he participated in numerous hearings, bench trials and jury trials. From there, he worked for a large, state-wide civil defense firm which provided him extensive experience litigating cases involving significant legal issues and multi-million dollar claims. Most recently, he ran his own civil litigation practice. Throughout his career, he has proudly represented a diverse array of clients from individuals to small business owners to national corporations. Mr. Bevillard has handled thousands of cases through all aspects of civil litigation up to and including arbitration and trial.
