While attending law school at Stetson University, he served as Executive Editor of the Law Review and his writing was published in the Stetson Law Review. He was a Dana Scholar and was recipient of the Walter Mann Graduation Award. Kevin is Board Certified by The Florida Bar and by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a Civil Trial Lawyer. He has litigated several cases related to personal injury claims, administrative matters, employment matters, real estate contracts, joint ventures, landlord/tenant and corporate matters. In addition to his litigation practice, Kevin has worked in the transactional areas of real estate sales and leasing, computer publishing and software development, corporations, and employment contracts. Over the course of his career, he has represented several clients in matters related to bankruptcy, in both debtor and creditor roles.
