Larry E. Bray has been practicing law for more than 30 years. Mr. Bray has the distinction of having been trained transactionally at a major record label and then going on to a small prestigious firm with big name corporate clients and lots of transactional and dispute resolution experience involving substantial matters.
Larry Bray earned his Bachelor of Science Degree, with honors, in 1977 from the State University of New York at Albany where he studied Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He received his Juris Doctor Degree, with honors, from Nova Southeastern University Law Center in 1980.
Mr. Bray is a member in good standing of the Commercial Law League of America (the leading commercial law trade organization in the United States), the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys, as well as local bar associations. Mr. Bray is admitted to practice law in both the states of Florida and New York, and practices in State and Federal Court as well as before the American Arbitration Association.
Larry lives in Lake Worth, Florida, just outside of West Palm Beach, with his wife and they have two wonderful college age sons.
