Marc Buschman was born and raised in Hudson, New York. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from The George Washington University and his Juris Doctorate Degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the Shepard Broad Law Center, Nova University. While in law school, Marc was an editor of the Nova Law Review and clerked for the Honorable Steven T. Brown, Magistrate Judge for the United Stated District Court, Southern District of Florida.
Not long after graduation, Marc began practicing as an associate with the insurance defense firm of Clark, Robb, where he became partner and remained with that firm for nearly thirty years. Marc has litigated and tried both first and third party liability cases ranging from hurricane claims, to soft tissue injuries, to wrongful death for two of the largest auto insurers in the United States.
Mr. Buschman is a member of the Florida Bar and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. He is a member of The American Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, and the Florida Defense Lawyers Association. Marc was nominated and accepted by his peers into the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates, a national organization which currently lists approximately 7,300 attorneys selected from over 1.3 million practicing attorneys in the United States. He is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and recognized as a Preeminent Attorney, an attorney ranked at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal expertise, communication skills, and ethical standards by their peers.
