In 1994, he earned a Juris Doctorate from the Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida During his final semester, Mr. Cressman began his trial attorney career when he started trying cases as an an Assistant Attorney General under the third-year practice rule.

Mr. Cressman has consistently achieved an “AV-rating,” the highest rating for professionalism and ethics, from Martindale-Hubbell by his peers and the judiciary. He was also honored with his subsequent peer election into the National Trial Lawyers Association. He was admitted to the practice of law by the Florida Supreme Court in 1995, the US.
