Mr. Weaver is also actively involved as a family mediator and arbitrator. The letter assists the parent with better understanding as to what is expected and give valuable knowledge to make rational decisions. Mr. Weaver greatly impacts the article by giving key advice and guidance of his twenty two years of experience.
