Mr. Zaitz grew up in Scarsdale, NY before taking his considerable talents to the University of Miami, where he received his Bachelor of Sciences degree in 2013. Unable to escape the sunny South Florida weather, Mr. Zaitz received his Juris Doctor degree from the University Of Miami School Of Law in 2016.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Mr. Zaitz’s practice consisted of general litigation, including family, criminal defense, as well as personal injury matters.
