His experience and success as a civil trial lawyer has led to his representation of Fortune 500’s, multiple international and national insurers, major political parties, prominent national and regional businesses, professional associations and individuals from several states. Michael has served as plaintiff and defense counsel in class action lawsuits in state and federal courts throughout Florida. Michael is a past president and board member of both The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division and The Jacksonville Bar Young Lawyers Section. He has served in multiple program chair positions including The Florida Bar’s Practicing with Professionalism Program, where he was also a moderator on multiple occasions.

While serving as one of the appointed lawyers reviewing, drafting and editing the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, Michael was honored with the opportunity to co-author the third chapter of Civil Trial Practice, “Trial by Court or by Jury,” published by The Florida Bar in conjunction with LexisNexis.
