Michael also co-founded and served as the CEO and Chairman of CircleBack Lending, a national online consumer finance company, where he negotiated $1 Billion in forward flow purchase agreements, originated $475 Million in loans, and facilitated three securitizations.
While in law school he co-founded and became President of Omnilaw Legal Plans, a national network of 16,000+ attorneys. During his tenure, he created an estate planning and settlement program and serviced pre-need and at-need families for a publicly traded company operating 1,800+ funeral homes and cemetery services in North America.
He also Founded Loanio, the third entrant to the U.S. Alternative finance P2P lending market, and served as its CEO. He is often referred to as one of the pioneers of the industry.
Michael earned a BA from Washington University in St. Louis and a JD from Brooklyn Law School.
