In 2004, he shifted his focus to criminal defense where he garnered extensive courtroom and trial experience defending the rights of clients charged with criminal offenses. Michael now brings this experience with him to Morgan & Morgan to be a zealous advocate for his clients who have been injured by the negligence of others.
Mr. Zmijewski is a member of the Florida State Bar and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Michael has also been recognized and selected as a top 5% attorney by Super Lawyers.
When Michael is not fighting for his clients, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, either traveling to Tallahassee to visit his daughter or heading to a ballpark to watch his son play baseball.
