Mitchell Irving Rozen is a Partner in the firm’s Miami and Jacksonville offices, where his practice focuses on construction and complex civil litigation. He represents and advises general contractors, subcontractors, developers, architects, engineers, and other construction-related entities in a wide range of matters, including construction defect claims, contract disputes, tort actions, and lien enforcement. Mr. Rozen went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law. During law school, he served as a Law Clerk at a criminal defense firm in Upstate New York and as a Summer Associate at a prominent insurance defense firm in Orlando, FL.
