Mitchell Irving Rozen is a Partner in the firm’s Miami and Jacksonville offices, where his practice focuses on construction and complex civil litigation. He represents and advises general contractors, subcontractors, developers, architects, engineers, and other construction-related entities in a wide range of matters, including construction defect claims, contract disputes, tort actions, and lien enforcement.
