Perry has extensive business experience, serving as an officer and director of both private and public companies across a broad range of industries, including:

• A public company at the forefront of sustainable methods for producing seafood and Moringa on a 120-acre company-owned farm located in the heart of the prolific Coachella Valley, California.

• VoiceLift, Inc., a privately-held telecommunications company, providing both wholesale and retail services with administrative offices in Cocoa, Florida and technical facilities in Houston, Texas. Its wholesale division served many of the world’s largest telecom carriers with wholesale call capacity into difficult-to-reach locations around the globe.

• Cambridge Energy Corporation, an oil and gas exploration and production company which had operations primarily in Southern Louisiana and foreign operations on Iran Jaya, Indonesia.

• TriMark Explorations Ltd., a private Canadian junior mining firm with properties in Uganda and Tanzania. Mr. West was responsible along with the President/Chief Geologist for negotiation and placement of Licenses with the Governments of Uganda and Tanzania and for the negotiation of contracts in Uganda with other interest holders.

• Cambridge Equity, Inc., which acted as consultant to various domestic and foreign oil and gas companies including Asian Energy Corp. for which Mr. West structured international oil and gas joint ventures, partnerships and acquisitions in Indonesia. The largest project was a securitization project in Indonesia involving P.T. Ustraindo and Pertamina which anticipated the securitization of approximately US$5billion in oil and gas reserves and production for the benefit of the Indonesian government.

• American Financial Network. (AFN)This was the first national computerized loan origination network in the U.S. It received the first exemption letter from the United State Department of Housing and Urban Development under RESPA to pay fees from the origination of home mortgages over its network. AFN was taken public in 1986-7 and traded on NASDAQ.

Perry, as a longtime resident of Cocoa has participated in various community activities including the Central Brevard Chapter of the American Cancer Society, Junior Achievement, the Rossetter House Foundation and, the Florida Historical Society. Mr. West served as an officer with the United States Army Security Agency. Mr. West plays golf and sails. He has been an active member of the Porshe Club of America since 1972.
