Mr. Jackman also handles malpractice suits against real estate brokers and agents, title and insurance agents, tax and other professionals, as well as personal injury actions involving business and private properties.

Mr. Jackman provides representation in arbitrations, state and federal court, as well administrative proceedings before city, county, state and federal agencies investigating claims of employment and housing discrimination. Mr. Jackman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Florida, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida College of Law.

He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Florida, all Florida State courts and in the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle District Courts of Florida.
