A native of Los Angeles, California, Mr. Fallon obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Webster University in Leiden, the Netherlands. Thereafter, following a multi-year stint as a management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM, Mr. Fallon decided to pursue a law degree, earning his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law in 2007.

Mr. Fallon is licensed to practice in Florida, the District of Columbia, and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
