Ms. Batten has defended numerous catastrophic injury cases including those involving traumatic brain injuries, burns, infectious disease, amputations, electrocution, and wrongful death. Ms. Batten also has extensive experience representing Fortune 500 clients, hotels, restaurants, gas stations, night clubs, apartment and condominium complexes, event spaces, and other retail establishments in various negligence matters, including lawsuits involving claims against parent companies and/or franchisors.
