Wayne William Bilsky graduated from the University of Florida with a BS/BA in Finance in 1986. He graduated Law School at the University of Florida in 1989. While in session in Law School, Mr. Bilsky interned for a plaintiff's firm, specializing in Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation cases. Each summer break during law school, Mr. Bilsky worked in Orlando at different law firms, specializing in Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury Defense, working on the side of the insurance companies. Upon graduation, Mr. Bilsky immediately began working with one of the insurance defense firms that he interned with during those summers; and worked with them as an Associate Attorney for three years. The experiences, from working on the side of different insurance companies has provided Mr. Bilsky with valuable insight; which in turn has enabled Mr. Bilsky to provide his clients with successful representation and service of their cases. In 1992 Mr. Bilsky began his dedication to representing exclusively plaintiff's and claimant's as an Associate Attorney. After a few years, he was made partner in the oldest Personal Injury firm in the Orlando area. On September 23, 1999, Mr. Bilsky started his own firm and has since, successfully represented hundreds of injured persons.
