Mr. Corley served in the U.S. Army, Field Artillery, as Captain from 1974 to 1979 (Airborne Ranger). He served in the U.S. Army Reserve, Military Intelligence from 1982 to 1999 (Lt Col.).

Mr. Corley has practiced law with Marks Gray since 1982. He is a member of the Products Liability Advisory Council and is a member of the Defense Research Institute where he serves on the Medical Drug & Device Committee. He is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, trying at least 20 civil trials to jury verdict. He is a member of The Florida Bar where he served as Chair of the Code and Rules of Evidence Committee. He is also a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association and Florida Defense Lawyers Association.

Mr. Corley is a frequent lecturer on medical drug and device mass tort litigation throughout the country, including Mealey’s Seminars, Medmarc Medical Drug and Device Seminars and ACI Drug and Medical Device Seminars. Mr. Corley has been named to the Florida Super Lawyers® list in 2007, 2009-2017. Only 5% of the lawyers in Florida earn the Super Lawyers honor.

Mr. Corley is involved in various activities in our community. He is a member of Leadership Jacksonville and St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.
