After graduation and being admitted to the Florida bar, Mr. Smith began his legal career as an assistant public defender in Miami-Dade County and gained significant trial experience in criminal law before switching his focus to civil litigation.
Since switching to civil litigation Mr. Smith has become one or more prolific medical provider attorneys in the country, having prosecuted 10,000+ lawsuits in Florida and Michigan’s state and federal courts against automobile and healthcare insurance companies.
