In addition to traditional appellate briefing and argument, David provides pretrial, trial, and post-trial civil litigation support in federal court and Florida state court, including drafting and arguing complex pre-trial motions, case-dispositive motions (motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment), jury instructions and verdict forms, and post-trial motions.
