She attended the George Washington University and Florida State University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Religion in 2008. She went on to attend Stetson University College of Law later that same year. During her time at Stetson, Erin was selected for Stetson’s national competition Trial Team, consistently ranked #1 in Trial Advocacy by U.S. News & World Report. In addition, she was elected to serve as the Student Bar Association’s Vice President and Co-Chair of the Student Leadership Development Committee. She graduated in 2011 with a Concentration in Advocacy and was awarded the prestigious Stallworth Trial Team Award for her outstanding achievement, talent and contribution to Stetson’s nationally renowned Trial Team.

Erin was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2011 and is an alumnus of the prestigious Trial Lawyers College, founded by one of America’s most famous and successful trial lawyers, Gerry Spence. She is a member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Pinellas County Trial Lawyers Association and is admitted to the United States District Court of the Middle District of Florida.
