Mr. Scholl is a native Floridian and graduated from the University of Florida, with honors, in 1998 majoring in both finance and risk management. After leaving the University of Florida, he served in the office of Budget Management for the Miami-Dade County School Board, attended law school at Florida State University College of Law in Tallahassee, and earned his Juris Doctorate in 2003. While in law school, Mr. Scholl served in the office of the State Attorney for the Second Judicial Circuit in Jefferson County, Florida, as a certified intern, prosecuting various misdemeanors. Mr. Scholl began his legal career at a firm in St. Petersburg, Florida, that specialized in bad faith claims handling disputes, and other general litigation matters, and joined Cole, Scott & Kissane in 2006.
Mr. Scholl is admitted to practice in all Florida Courts, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
