Mr. Dulcie pursued his law degree at Nova Southeastern University, graduating with a Juris Doctor in 2015. During law school, he served as the Associate Executive Editor of the ILSA Journal of International & Comparative Law and interned with Searcy Denney. He also gained experience at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida, working on a variety of federal civil cases.

Mr. Dulcie is admitted to practice in all Florida state jurisdictions, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
