Martin Jaffe was born in Bayonne, New Jersey in 1965. He graduated from Florida State University in 1987, then worked for several years as a claims adjuster for a national insurance company and as well as a parole officer. Mr. Jaffe graduated from the University of Akron School of Law in 1998. While in law school he was a national finalist two years in a row in the ATLA National Trial Tournament, and named best advocate in the NITA Tournament of Champions Trial Competition. He was also an Associate Editor of the Akron Law Review.

After law school, Mr. Jaffe moved to Florida and was a partner in one of Florida’s leading defense firms defending catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases nationwide for large corporations before joining Morgan & Morgan. Mr. Jaffe now represents victims of serious personal injury and wrongful death cases, product defects, as well as carbon monoxide poisoning events.
